I’m wicked confused, never heard of this before. That Jane sounds like the Rutabaga( sorry if that’s misspelled going off the dome here) Studio Demos with another guy singing over Dave, The Imagine song is absolutely Dave’s vocals.

This came out of absolutely nowhere, atleast for me haha. Anyone else?

Ah, ok. I wasn't really considering that since it was pre-DMB and, from what I understand is more a Mark Roebuck project than a Dave one.

It had a 2005 release via the warehouse. Around the time stand up came out if I remember correctly.

Yeah that’s fair, not to mention it’s only 5 tracks. It’s a very good 5 track folk album in my opinion, though. Nothing amazing by any means but still good music.

This album is so close to perfection.

It was mentioned on the radio today in an unrelated-to-DMB fashion on my trip back down the pike but concert season being extended into the fall should be a covid keeper.

SPAC in September was beautiful, give me 50°-60° at show time any day.

Would be even cooler to make it a regular thing to start later, continue into the fall and consistently get some indoor shows at the tail end of every tour at some big stops like MSG, Cville, etc.

This might be my favorite LT. The best #41 and Watchtower of all time, top-tier versions of Grace, The Maker, The Stone, DDTW, Crash, Minarets, LIOG, and Bartender. I also love how chill and laid-back the sound of everything is.

I don’t mind Louisiana Bayou, but it depends on when it’s played. As an opener or closer, I don’t like it. But I think it would work really well in the #2 slot.

LT11 is far from being people’s favorite, when Chad made a poll for the best LTs, back in 2017, that one ended with only 3 preferences.
Nevertheless , I know that some other Ants love it (Alexis17, coldengrey12, Speilmen230, yankeesguy86, to name a few).

Random thought about DMB photography.

It might be a coincidence, but after Rodrigo Simas has moved to Portugal (and after he kindly admitted in a couple of webcasts that I am not a real photographer),DMB management never called him back, even if he said that he was ready to take his camera and go.

I am sorry for the guy, even if Sanjay Suchak and Rene Huemer are doing an amazing job, this year (probably best DMB photos ever).

This was entirely related to scheduling, travel and timing of Rodrigo having the ability to be vaccinated etc.

DMB/management knew and knows exactly who he is.

I get this is a random a silly thing to complain about but there are a set of lights that are set fairly low behind Carter that they are shining at the audience at certain times, it's blinding, you can't see the band, it's like staring straight into a halogen light

Yeah! This is so good. I was at this show and when Rapunzel started I was kind of neutral to it because of the way it has been played live for so long. I was very pleasantly surprised and it ended up being one of my favorite songs of the whole show.

I've always loved Stay and I really love that w/ Buddy they've brought back the LL backing vocals. Buddy and Rashawn are now singing those parts and the song is better for it.
