We've just used Michaels for 18 x 24 posters and the USA-made online order places for custom sizes. No matting.
We did bring in D&T SPAC N2 to a framing place once claiming 70% off, but they said it would still cost $400 with the framing and matting. Not spending more than cost of the tickets, nosh/drinks, and the poster itself to get said poster framed.
We've gotten these and our average cost with all of the coupons and BOGOs has been about $27 per frame:

And then there's these (which come in white, black, grey, and walnut) that we've used for a bunch of other posters, prolly not paying more that $18 per frame w/ aforementioned promos:

As some one just mentioned, it's about your budget. And I think of that less in terms of what the options cost and more in terms of you're willing to spend. For me, it's about the poster/art and memory of the show, unless it's one of posters we got simply because we liked it despite not attending the show. We bought three Drive-In posters because we liked them (Raleigh 2019 & AC) and/or what they commemorated (e.g.: Roi's last show).
We're ordering some new customs for Avetts posters from the last two Wolf Trap runs...two triptychs.
