If they could just send an A side / B side of One Sweet World and Minarets, that would be great.

They have a new lineup...and they love the way they sound...of course they are going to push that.

Thank you. I found it. Unfortunately, I'm "locked" in.

Sounds like a solid plan. I've never sold them, but I doubt this one would even command a whole $5.

Maybe I'll just add it to my first world problems donation bag.

They may like how they sound, but it's pretty clear how fans feel about the sound of the band:

    https://www.antsmarching.org/forum/s...d.php?t=348736

It's one thing if this were something they'd give out with every ticket purchase, which it seems like the warm up disc is exactly that.

But this is their fan club, which is far more likely to contain hard core/long term fans than general ticket sales.

If it doesn't have anything to do with not wanting to pay Boyd royalties, and is just them wanting to showcase 2018 even more, then they're more out of touch with their fan base than I thought.

Great post. There is a major disconnect between what they think sounds good and what majority of fans think sounds good.

Just finished updated the links in my signature. You'll find a tab for this in the Sheet.

    I know. It just sucks.

While I'm not putting in a huge argument for this disc being great, its not, I don't think the linked poll is a great representation of where the band is today. Violin vs no violin? Of course the answer is Violin. But, I'm guessing a poll of "prefer the bands live performances in 2018 vs 2016", and 2018 is the clear winner. The violin is certainly missed, and the live show this summer for many was the best in years, the band clearly thinks this year was great, and they are pimping it for all they are worth. I'm hoping that trend eases up and we can get some older material going again, and for now this is what we are getting. My biggest issue is, if you are going to hammer us with 2018 could we at least get some of the standouts from this year? Like maybe a Raven, or YNK, or Recently? Raven sounded incredible on a tape I heard, slow and really grooved out, I would love a proper release.

Tour Central is a great way to compare years using Show Rating & Show Flow.
How many shows have a flow greater than 40% ? or a rating higher than 4?

The numbers don't lie, the clear winner and better summer tour is 2016.
The 2018 Warehouse Package is further proof of that.

I had a blast and loved my 2016 shows. I am not seeing any shows in 2019 because of my dislike of the sound in 2018. It will be my first time (aside from 2017 when there was no tour) not seeing the band since I started going to shows in 2002.

    This makes too much sense.

Why not follow in the footsteps of those Ants who just keep spending thousands of dollars on shows each year and posting relentlessly about how disappointed in the band they are?

Why choose to enjoy your discretionary income and time when you could do this ad nauseam ?

I actually liked the sound of 2018, but the song choices were fairly lackluster.

Agreed. Between the CT songs and Batson revivals, there was no flow to a lot of the shows.

I think a lot of us get caught up in questionable song selection without remembering Summer 2018 was the CT tour...sure they are going to play tunes from that album next year, fairly frequently, but I would be stunned if you saw 6-7 CT songs in shows this summer...just look at the Fall Tour for proof of that.

My guess is stainless steel fridge? Depending on the type of SS, it might not have great magnetic properties.

Guys, when you hear this Why I Am it'll all make sense and you'll be hard pressed not to have it on repeat.

It’s not, fridge is covered in magnets. It really just seems too heavy for the strength of the magnet.

Honestly couldn’t care less, more meant in gest. Gave up all hope on Warehouse packages after the exploding pen years ago!

Oh...and this disc is not good!

I'd be happy to take anyone's WH10 off their hands for them! I'll only be getting the WH7 after my renewal in 4 months, but I want those extra 3 tracks! (I was at the Bend show, don't judge me!)

If anyone's willing to part with it, PM me. I'll gladly pay for the shipping.
