I never have a problem w/ hearing any song I like from the band in any slot. That said, it was cool when they dropped Sister mid set at Mansfield in 2019.

Huge fan of the song from the first time I heard it (D&T @ DAR in 2010). It's stark, raw, and pretty powerful. It's obviously going to hit stronger if you have a sister and/or lost a sister.

I could create a slightly extended set that I'd be happy hearing for the rest of the band's touring days, but I embrace the randomness (and not so randomness) of how they switch stuff up each night...most of the time...

I feel this is in the wrong thread...I agree 100%.

As I've ranted before, I have ZERO appreciation for making or keeping any song rare. NONE of the songs I absolutely love would diminish in any way if I heard them more frequently. This crap is why I've never hear PM, DT, SUaD, KKJ, the Breaks (Free & For It), Spoon, BS, 34, LYD, etc.

It's the frequency of mediocre or bad tunes that gets old. My nemesis is Bayou...we've gotten it at 10 of the 19 shows since we've started seeing the band regularly again...it has zero appeal for me.

For classic songs, and I've stated this before, I'm not interested in hearing DMB play DDtW as they play it to fast, too much distortion on Tim...it's killed the dynamics and dirge-y quality that made it stand out early on. We've heard it 17 of our 33 DMB related shows, and it still kills w/ D&T, but not the current band version.

But we've gotten 13 Two Steps & WHes, 15 Crushes & Satellites, 14 Cops, 15 41s, 11 Greys & DYRs, and 17 Ants...glad to hear them every time. I would love all of the songs we haven't heard listed above and dozens more (that we have and haven't) just a frequently.

Riverbend is such a terrible venue. Especially the lawn. The venue wasn't built with a lawn in mind which is why it's perpendicular to the roof rather than parallel.

I've always enjoyed Riverbend, I've had some good times there (looking at you Last Stop 2016). I like the turf lawn. That said, I like Deer Creek far better.

Really wish I would have gone in 2016. Would have been my final Riverbend show while living in Ohio, moved to Colorado the following weekend. Just couldn't justify the cost while trying to move across the country. Would have been my Last Stop at Riverbend both literally and figuratively. Greatest DMB regret for me personally.

Been nearly 20 years, but I remember loving Riverbend when I went in 03. Small and the first third of the lawn felt really close compared to how big Polaris was in Columbus.

These sets also helped tremendously...

N2 mindset run was unreal. I’ll never forget that. Boyd didn’t have the best night, but some editing could help that.
Lived in Columbus and made the last minute decision to drive back and forth both nights. One of the best last minute decisions

Bummer, sorry you couldn't make it If it's any consolation, the weather was miserable, I remember it being in the 50s and raining. We drove through the rain after work from Indy. Couldn't tailgate. And my wife and I both got colds the following week

And both of those 03 sets are unreal.
