Yes. Premium, premier, same thing. There may still be a VIP section though, that would be different I believe.

    Parking
The cost of parking a standard vehicle is included in your ticket price so you do not need to pay when you arrive. If you are interested in purchasing our Premier Parking- the cost varies based on event and can be purchased on site or prior to the event via www.livenation.com.

Premier Parking - offers you Rockstar Parking in the front of our Blue Lot! Enter through our main Marquee entrance, and our parking staff will direct you. If you have VIP Parking Passes please show these to the parking staff and they will direct you to the lot in front of Premier Parking.
So Premier Parking is in the front of the Blue Lot, and VIP Parking is in front of Premier.

I don't know of anything in the Williams Bay area that has shuttles. The shuttles below mostly stick to the Downtown Lake Geneva area.

Lakefront Shuttle has pickups in Downtown Lake Geneva, Comfort Suites, and Fairfield. $35 for 1 bus ticket or $60 for both nights
    https://www.tickettailor.com/events/...huttle/652099/

Y Drive Limo leaves from The Ridge and The Cove. $45/ticket. Includes burgers, brats, hot dogs, potato chips & macaroni salad (Tailgate at venue).
    https://www.ydrivelimo.com/apps/webstore/
[edited to add: The Ridge is 2.5 miles from Williams Bay. It might be the closest pickup spot for you.]

Rally bus offers shuttles but they likely will be canceled due to lack of riders. It the buses do happen, they leave from WalMart in Lake Geneva.

Well, what I can say is not 2010. Alpine N2 2010 is my lowest rated show I have seen, at 17%.

2012, 2013, 2015 are all great more modern ones. 2019 is a good weekend but a little week.

Official releases, LT8 is a really good show.

'15- N1's electric set was insane, N2 was made into a Live Trax- awesome acoustic set, very solid electric set with no Lovely Ladies

I personally thought N2 '06 was one of the best shows I've seen to date.

Hey has anyone had their WH tickets delivered yet? The WH shipping calendar says Alpine was supposed to ship 6/17 but I haven't seen an email about my tickets. I think I saw a different poster mention they had an email with Fed-Ex tracking info?

The weekends of 2008 and 2012 for sure. Still wish they officially released N1 of '08 like originally planned... one of my favorite Lover Lay Downs ever.

Maybe bring a walking stick or crutch. Dont be in a hurry to leave in the throngs of people and walk to the lodge first as that wont have as steep of a walk as other paths.

This actually happened to my buddy in 2005 right before the Red Rocks shows. I think if you hit up the venue they will shuttle you down to your seats in a golf cart (that's what they did at Red Rocks anyway). Good luck!
