Thanks. The Moon Palace site stopped selling regular packages during the D&T time last FRI 1/21, same day that the D&T site truly showed all Sunrise packages as sold out. But a few days later D&T site released several Sunrise packages, and more are there now. I'm hoping Moon Palace releases some Ocean View rooms, wife not a DMB fan, so would like for her to at least see some of the beach from the room, and another reason I don't want to buy an expensive D&T package. And I'll be trying avoid the crowd as I can't get stuck in Cancun with COVID, retiring in April and in the middle of a huge project at work.

I take that back I was not thinking. They do have a video board for Hootie fest but they are not doing a camera on it is strictly just background video

Interesting. The issue for me is gonna be flights. Prob gotta come in 2 days before to get anything decent priced, but I'm off work till March so I'm ready if it's last minute

Book some refundable Southwest or Delta flights. I've got Delta ATL-CUN for both WED and FRI for $112 each, and then THUR on Southwest with points. The return on MON is expensive on Delta, so have it on Southwest with a change at FLL, and TUE is cheap but I have to be back on MON.

Just pointing out that D&T availability is rapidly increasing/changing, after having no availability for several days. I'm betting that CID is giving some refunds, and then relisting packages. I'm hoping for additional availability on the Moon Palace site.
