I saw them post the same information on Facebook. I'd say it was fairly crowded last year. It was filling up by 9am on Friday. I'm not sure if they ever turned folks away but I know they did the previous weekend for Phish. This year we are planning on getting there Thursday night.

Last year it was $25 per head, per night. We thought that was great value considering the shuttle, showers, entertainment/games, and great vibes around. They even fed us spaghetti after one of the shows.

Section f row p. Purchased lowers. A bit bummed as looking at the seating chart I'm not sure what an upper would be.

Happy to be straight on but disappointed to be higher than I had thought we'd be.

Lol how is that a lower 3/4 up the pavilion? Anything above the soundboard should not be considered a lower.

Same, I'm back in row V of section f. I didn't realize it went that far back on the high end option. Last year being 2 rows behind the soundboard dead center made the uppers feel decent at least for the "lowers" option.

Pricing structure isn’t by “lowers” or “uppers” anymore and hasn’t been for several years. Could be SPAC or the Gorge where all reserved seats are the equivalent of the top tier priced reserved seat at a venue like DC.

not to get into a "they didn't use mud dad, they used sod" thing, but the seating chart on the wh page shows blue and yellow reserved, and then on the show detail shows reserved $135 and $95. Presumably the blue are the $95 (on the outskirts of the reserved) and the $135 are lower and upper center.

i really don't gripe about the warehouse too much because at this point in my life it's a case of 'whatever', but it'd be nice if they found a middle ground in the pricing so you could select upper center for oh say, $115 and it would be distinct from the lowers. make sense?

Saw them once at Creek last time they were there and had tickets for this summer. I've seen some epic DMB shows and Dave Grohl is right up there with the best. I hope they tour again in some form.

Anybody hear about the clusterfuck at the Elton John show in Indy last night?

Tickets went on sale in 2018 and with all the rescheduling (Elton illness in 2019 and then COVID) and since then the building has been renovated, leaving hundreds of people with seats that no longer existed.

I red multiple reports of people who got emails and voicemails from Ticketmaster notifying them of the change to their seats but if you bought tickets elsewhere you were probably fucked at the end of the night

Must be specific to Camden (or other venues), I've seen resale pits at Alpine and Spac. Also know the option was there for Platinum pits to sell or transfer at Spac

I am allowed to transfer my N2 Camden pits, just can't sell them. Weird.

they replied back back to me earlier last week. $60 per person for whole weekend. They advised that they had plenty of room last year. They also said if you plan on arriving on Thursday should be plenty of spots to select from. I will be arriving pretty much as soon as they open on thursday

Looking forward to returning to Deer Creek after a number of years away! Looking for breakfast, dinner, brewery, and craft cocktail recommendations in either downtown Indy or the surrounding area. So far Yolk and Cafe Patachou look good for breakfast. We usually stop by the Market downtown too. Yats is another we will probably hit for lunch one day.

I really wish warehouse would stop messing around and just let people pick exactly where they want to be and run their luck with it. That’s why I stopped buying through warehouse. Its like… no… I don’t want a lawn ticket or an upper pavilion. I want sect a,b,c. If not, leave me out. Don’t leave it up to me to sell your ticket.

If their interest was to truly support fans in getting qualify seats they would allow for much more customization with requesting seats. But the way they have it now they hold the cards. Its just another revenue generation for them unfortunately.

They should literally have a map of the venue and I should be able to opt in to specific sections, period. How is it in my interest if I only want lower pavilion, but can’t opt out of upper? How is it in my interest if I only want lowers and I get section d row w (this didn’t happen, just an example. But this example is why I stopped buying via warehouse) All they are doing is creating work for me.

I guess having everyone opt out of uppers wouldn't be beneficial for them. But I do think you should be able to select pit only and opt out of any and all reserved seats.

Funny thing about upper reserved: my wife and I were one row from the back dead center at Raleigh last year, and the last 3 rows were maybe half full. Plenty of room to groove and still have a seat to sit in. Happened at Alpine some years back, as well. So there are benefits, I guess.

Hey all, any recommendations for a first-time Deer Creeker? Heading to Indy for a few days and will be catching the DMB shows, trying to figure out the best place to stay. Not going to be able to camp, but wondering if there is a particular area that is recommended for hotels/Airbnb? Currently just thinking downtown Indy and then take an Uber to the venue, but not sure if that's a bad idea.

There is free parking at the venue. I imagine the hotel situation in Noblesville is probably pretty slim right now. You might check AirBnB and see what you can find close by. I think it's about a 30 minute drive from Indy to Deer Creek without traffic, not sure what post show would be like especially getting an uber/lyft.

We may end up getting a rental car for our trip, so it's good to know about the free parking at the venue! Also, good call about the post-concert Uber/Lyft situation, I imagine there would be a huge surge pricing and long waits.
