Besides the Texas run, just seeing what multi show venue to attend. Been to Deer Creek a few times, and it is a great venue / one of my favorite crowds. Haven't been to the Gorge in in 13 years, it might be time for a return. And I probably need to hit SPAC and / or WPB while I have a chance...

WPB isn't bad - it's just so hot there. But there's a lot to do, and it's always fun to be able to do a couple shows and spend a day at the beach.

We can't decide. Colorado is hard to pass up, since we have a bunch of friends and family out there; plus cheap flights and free place to stay.

I'd love to go to shows in YOLOrado, but that's a lot to handle with Gorge, and it would take something crazy to win out over gorge.

Ya ya ya! Hitting up Woodlands and Dallas, per usually, then going to play it by ear. The pessimist in my says the album may very well be a dud and they end up playing 4-7 songs from it per show.

Optimist says it could be a killer year given they've had a year "off" and will bring a new energy, and mix of songs, to the stage. Regardless, I've got to get my fix and its been WAYY too long since I've seen a full band DMB show!

It's a bummer that CO are the first shows after the break. The first shows back always seem to be kind of like the tour opener.

Yea, album tour has me very hesitant to add more than Texas and one other weekend.

Not that I could afford much more than that anyway.

considering Austin this year. anyone know what the deal is with the stage front floor? says online it can hold up 2,300 standing room. do they generally add seats and make the pit smaller? or is it like Tampa's gigantic pit?

The pit is huge and never full. You could park a Semi in the back of it and still have room. My favorite pit of the summer cause I don’t have to fight someone for elbow space.

it's a gigantic massive pit.

they DO add seats for some shows, but this will not be one of them.

For a few shows they fill half with seats, but for DMB it's just one massive pit.

Yea, I don't know what to do about that. I would buy one of those tent style porto-potty's that you put the bucket in, but no way in hell am I disposing of the waste bag afterward.
