no I think the frustration is found in the people thinking that what they heard in the Spring session was going to be a final product, or even in the Winter session. The band was really just throwing down ideas. So I think the frustration happens when people come in here bashing on the drum machine in Spring Cant Stop or Spring Shotgun, when really the band was just putting stuff down. Not a final product.
I don't expect people to understand the music production process, I just would hope that people would dig a little bit into understanding that these really were just demos basically.
and the same thing goes for people being upset that Roi or Boyd weren't on many of these. Its pretty well documented that when the band records songs, it starts with carter, dave and stefan laying down the skeleton and basic structure of the song. followed by Boyd and Roi coming in to flesh things out.
