Every post above has cover art and they are also in the download folder.
Check out the SXM 2022 thread I started (see my threads), every single 2022 show had the same treatment

    Dave Matthews Band
    12.27.1996
    North Charleston Coliseum
    North Charleston, SC
    (mastered by djamieb)

NOTE: This show was posted few weeks ago by Jamie (Djamieb) on a dedicated thread:
    https://www.antsmarching.org/forum/s...d.php?t=359341
It is a top notch show and the quality of the remaster is insanely good. So I've figured of putting it here too, together with the others we've done so far. I've also created a new artwork. Thanks Jamie for this true gem.

    ORIGINAL DJAMIEB'S NOTES:
    Quote:
It’s been on my mind for a while now to master this full band recording from 12.27.1996 (North Charleston, SC) that was aired on a Sirius XM Live Stream in January of 2021. I finally had a chance to go in depth and work on it this past weekend after finishing up a different long-time project I've been working on, and thought I’d upload it today since it’s the anniversary of the show being played back in ’96.
It’s got really solid performances from each band member and a nice overall balance of the instruments. And although the original broadcast felt a little bit muffled/muddy and slightly narrow sounding to my ears, there was a wonderful foundation to work with. I thought it could use a bit of sprucing up to bring out some overall clarity, punch, and depth, so I set out to achieve that with some EQ corrections, light saturation, tasteful glue compression, EQ sweetening, m/s processing to enhance the stereo image organically, and gentle limiting to catch the peaks / transients that were jumping out. Some of you might already have the original broadcast, but I think you’ll find these mastered recordings are absolutely worth the listen/download, too; there’s a great vibe here, and I think this mastered version is sounding much closer to the quality of an official live release now!
I’m really pleased with how this turned out and I’m excited to share the mastered files with y’all if you want to hear it! The show has fantastic energy and captures the band at a time when they were playing with such a fire in them.

Note:I thought this was a terrific performance from the band, so I wanted to do a little mastering passion project for the community like I’ve done for a handful of other Sirius XM streams over the past couple years. I hope whoever wants to hear this enjoys it!

NOTE: This is a remaster of the new DSBD source to circulation as of fall 2022. Bill Lakenan provided and allowed us to review for sources that didn't make it into the digital age. A special thanks to Rob (from DMBalmanac) and Henry Hart for the amazing work in making these new source available to the community.
In the mastering process, I have worked mainly on EQ and compression.

There are some main issues that I couldn't fix:
    * - four quick static pops at the beginning of Tripping Billies
    * - a quick static pop near the end of the solo section in Lie in Our Graves
    * - a split-second dropout near the end of The Maker
    * - five split-second dropouts during the outro of Dancing Nancies

    The Remastered Collection:
    Best of 2022 Tour

After more than 40 show remastered, this is the first compilation that I am honoured to share with the antsmarching community.
I have followed some of the recommendations given above, plus I used my own musical taste.
I think that this might be considered the healthy alternative to the latest Warehouse Compilation; go and listen to it and then tell me if this band is really over or it still has something to say.

    https://images2.imgbox.com/69/3c/h0ggR0Cf_o.jpg

    setlist
    Disc 1
Fool in the Rain (09.02.2022, The Gorge)
Fool To Think (07.15.2022, Camden, NJ)
    Proudest Monkey (06.03.2022, Charleston, SC)
    Satellite (06.03.2022, Charleston, SC)
    Dancing Nannies (05.20.2022, Charlotte, NC)
    Warehouse (05.20.2022, Charlotte, NC)
The Best of What’s Around (06.17.2022), Mansfield, MA)
Break Free (5.13.2022, The Woodlands, TX)
    The Riff (09.02.2022, The Gorge)
Lie in Our Graves (11.18.2022, MSG, New York)
You Can Call Me Al (4.06.2022, Hollywood)
    Stay (06.10.2022, Cuyahoga Falls, OH)

    Disc 2
    #34 (09.04.2022, the gorge)
Mad Man’s Eyes (5.13.2022, The Woodlands, TX)

The Only Thing (07.08.2022 - SPAC, Saratoga Springs, NY)
The Dreaming Tree (5.13.2022, The Woodlands, TX)
All Along the Watchtower (11.04.2022 Seattle, WA) ***
Pay for What You Get (07.22.2022, Raleigh, NC)
Too Much [fake] » Halloween (07.22.2022, Raleigh, NC)

    * with Louis Cato
    ** with Angélique Kidjo
    *** with Mike McCready

Notes: I have used mainly broadcast sources, always trying to choose the best available source for every song, in terms of audio quality and performance. That's one of the reason I finally did not include Graves with derek trucks (6.07.2022). The version I have chosen has a much better audio quality, and it is still enjoyable. #34 and ou Can Call Me Al, instead, are remasters of the circulating videos, and I have tried to do my best to make them sound as good as the other ones.

Let me dedicate this compilation to the people that i met before and at the shows during my few dates of 2022 tour (Alpine, SPAC and MSG). I really had a good time with all of you.

Dude! I know a ton of work must have gone into this!! Thanks so much for putting this together and sharing it! Throwing you a virtual high five, brother!

I took it from the YouTube video.

I gave it a quick shot this morning. I won't put it together with the other ones since it comes from an AUD source, neither I made an artwork.

    Huuuge thx!

The title selection alone promises pure listening pleasure.
(Sometimes it's almost unbearable when you know you won't get around to hearing them properly :-) )
The Hollywood Bowl is also yet to be subjected to an extensive listening test.

Even if the question is of course meant rhetorically (what else if we are still writing in this forum :-) ):
I'm proud to have "grown" with the band (even if I was too young in the beginning or rather, didn't know them at all), the titles I really liked at the time I still like very much today . And knowing many different versions of "great" is even better. Certainly the perspective, the way of listening to music, in what mood and on what occasion has changed, but the connection with the songs is often like a flashback to earlier times. And then it was good to hear DMB and it still is. Matured, with high and low phases (like in puberty), with stories about individual moments that would not have existed without DMB. It's fair to concede someone to change over so many years and be even happier to be able to name after 3 seconds of a song: this is DMB...1993 as much as 2023.

I noticed that there were several DBSD upgrades from 1994 posted on Dreamingtree recently. These are all classic shows, and although I haven't listened to the upgrades yet, I am very familiar with these 3 shows, and all would benefit from remastering. You probably have a list a mile long at this point, but if you grab the following from DT and check them out at some point, the results could be stunning: 2/4/94, 7/28/94, 11/18/94 (What Would You Say video shoot show - would complement your 11/19/94 show nicely!)

Awesome collection with the Best of 2022, Xcacel.
I nearly like all of them, especially: liog, break free, 34, warehouse, pay for what you get.
    Quality is top notch!

Note: There's a sample of the original tape and then a sample of my mastered version in the main folder, just so you can hear the difference side by side. I'm proud of how this one came out; I think it sounds really open, crisp and clear! There are so many details and nuances you'll notice for the first time if you're familiar with the tape. I'm excited for y'all to hear it!

This show was requested by Terrapin Monkey (and possibly others earlier in the thread, but this is the request I saw). Huge thanks to my good friend Xcacel for letting me share it here in this thread so we can keep these remastered tapes in one easy-to-access place for the community!

This is such an awesome remaster; the sound is great. Thank you, djamieb!

This version of Mercy is soo good. Highly recommend people give it a listen, even if you think Mercy is blah/weak. That piano jam at the end is 10/10. Best piano playing I’ve heard from Dave to date…wish it kept going.

Side note: AFTW is an under-appreciated album and many of the songs have certain live versions that I go back to often, such as this version of Mercy. I think it is easily the best DMB 3.0 and beyond album (stronger than both BW and CT).

I'm excited for y'all to hear this one!! This is Mike Sarnovky's taper pull; I appreciate Mike for capturing the night! I balanced out the stereo image which was previously leaning heavy to the right channel, and worked really hard to clean up the audio so it sounds clearer and more detailed. Usual disclaimer: It's still not perfect, of course - there's only so far you can go with mastering a stereo file of an audience tape - but I think it's a really nice difference and I'm pleased with how it came out! It looks like the 25h Anniversary show wav files have 12 tracks that are undecrypted file and won't let me download them. Thanks for posting them though!

This Tripping Billies on the 25th anniversary show makes me miss Boyd. They were on fire for this show.

My pleasure!! Thanks for the compliment! So glad you're diggin' that 1.17.2015 D&T show and that it sounded great on your stereo system, as well!

Aww, thanks!! I appreciate the kind words! You're very welcome, and I'm happy you enjoyed it!

And yeah, man, I dig that Mercy jam from this Oakland D&T show while Dave is on the piano, too. I love how they played with the rhythm of it; so great!
