The show itself is great. The CD sounds fine, haven’t compared it myself with the record. I’d say most people are very happy with this LT.

The entire side A / B of this vinyl release I just listened to. Just fantastic. Again I think there were some bad pressings because this sounds amazing. Roi and Carter shine.

Sorry if this has been posted but does anyone who purchased the hat know what the back of the hat is like? Is it a fabric strap, plastic strap, or no strap? Any other thoughts on the hat...does it look nice in person? Thanks!

Been listening to the LTs and official releases in chrono order. I just hit 2000 and this show.

It's basically the earliest officially released versions of all those Lillywhite songs. Sounds like they got bored with the old sets and pulled out most of the new songs they had been working on.

Finally got around to listening to some of this. The lyrics, or lack thereof, on Raven are rather funny to listen to. I love that encore, The Maker and JTR. I like Maker in E1, had that at the Woodlands this year; really enjoyed it.

You can purchase it. Asking for an official release is a no-no here. I’m sure you could find an audience recording somewhere

Tbf, I wanted to hear the official recording so I could decide if I wanted to grab the vinyl. Which I did end up doing. I found someone to sell it to me at price. I also found a download of the show and don’t understand why people have issues with this one. The mix is similar to LT3 where the guitar is nice and loud and the songs sound fresh!

LT3 sounds a bit better to me and the songs are played better. By that time the band was tighter and more familiar with the new songs.

I do love LT58 though and it’s because of the search the band is going through to find the best way to play the new material.

I love that we have both!
