For what it's worth, I have been to 19 shows and counting at this venue. I can only speak to living in Baldwinsville, westbound of the venue, but if you are coming and going from the West, Pink lot is the best option. I have literally never waited more than 5 mins to get out of the venue. Brown can be quick too, but it is either a very long walk to the venue, or you have to take the shuttle to pink and then walk up to brown. I would highly recommend Pink lot for those coming from the West.

Yes and Yes. I do shuttle from pink and I took it for Luke Bryan and ZBB last year which sold out. You can generally always get out pretty fast. Just keep moving forward in the bus line. Don't stop and wait, people like to wait in single file lines to get on busses in the middle of the pack while there are half empty bosses just sitting at the front of the line waiting to be filled. You usually don't even have to stop walking from the time you leave the show, until the time you step on a bus.


As for drunks, it can be hit or miss. I've had a lot of loud and drunk bus rides, but really no one out of line or being a problem.

I am not sure, maybe, if you are the first in line. But make sure to go downtown to the War Memorial box office for tickets. The venue box office is only open on show days.

Its better now because they've separated Premier from VIP and both those from handicapped.

Request in... Traditionally, when Syracuse is on tour, its first to sell out. This will be a difficult ticket.

venue was super nice, parking situation easily one of worst I have ever been to. Paid for VIP parking and was still handled poorly. Am skipping this stop for parking alone as it was a disaster in and out in 2016

fair assessment......it was the venues first year and 3rd concert, while being the largest they had had at the time. The situation has gotten better but still has some logistic issues. I would say it is def better but in the next year or so it should be all cleared up......hopefully.

I get what you're saying, but like I posted above, I've been to almost 20 shows here already and have never waited more than 10 mins in the parking lot. Best bet is to avoid the Orange lot.

every other new venue I have been to, parking lots and in and out times are excellent because they took that into consideration. Does not seem to be the case with this venue. I will wait to attend again several years to ensure that they have fixed this issue but every write up I have seen about this venue voices the same issues, not to mention something about toxic waste which is weird as well. But beautiful on water, clean, good sound, but from a new venue, seems like they did not factor everything in

Does the bus still run downtown, I know it ran last time dmb played here? If traffics your biggest worry I would look into the shuttle service that runs downtown and back.

It was their first sold out show in their inaugural year. Its significantly better situation now

Darien?? Better? Its the biggest shit hole on earth. If you're smart and park as far away from the venue as possible, you can get out. And thats if the park is closed. Otherwise they'll cart you into the area close to the venue.

very much so... I see all sorts of set ups there now. However, EZ ups that block parking spaces or the right of way will get asked to be taken down. Not sure on bar b q either, I grab a sammich from wegman's and enjoy

I loved the venue itself, the lawn view was excellent, the pavilion was excellent too, the view of the lake and the sunset, enjoyed the show, good energy from the crowd, just frustrating in and frustrating out, mad at whoever planned that part because it could be an excellent venue all the way around, especially for a NEW venue, gotta have that part excellent otherwise you always spend money to catch up and will eventually loose money because of that reputation. I knew before I went because the reviews for the lots where so bad on other websites so I paid VIP parking (never do that anywhere) and even that was an absolute disaster. Hoping it gets better, but what idiots, you build a new venue you make sure its perfect, hence all the time, money and planning, idiots!

It's a brand new venue and still a work in process. The parking issue will be completely resolved in the near future when they finish paving the lots and the new exit is installed. Saying that, I've been to atleast a dozen shows there and never waited more them 15-20 minutes to get out of the lot.

yes, they're paving orange lot and opening the exit that allows people to go to the west. Not exactly sure when that'll be done
