as for everyone else...i didn't talk to them then, why would i talk to them now?
it would be a night full of awkward small talk...unless i got wasted...but then i would just be the wasted guy....not that I'm afraid of that...just not in the scenario
from what I heard it was REALLY lame anyway....they were going to charge for tickets...but no one bought the tickets, so i'm pretty sure like 15 ppl that all still live in the town our high school was in got together at someones house and played cornhole
and i could not begin to describe to you how lame it is to still live in that town
everytime I go back, there are certain eateries i like to make sure to visit...local type places
and it never fails, i am always amused to see people I went to high school with, still working their high school jobs...cooking at pizza king...taking orders at just rite.....el oh el
sorry if i offend anyone with that....but if you delivered pizzas in high school and are now 30 years old, and still deliver pizzas as your full time job, then you probably deserve to get called out for it
(i guess, i realize it has been a tough job market for a few years, so at least these people are working....but I am more referring to the people that i know FOR SURE have never worked anywhere else and likely never attempted to work anywhere else....chained to the small indiana town for the rest of their lives)
i never once considered living in my home town post college...not once
