I do Christmas Eve with one side of my family every year. Like it a lot, really. Get the family presents out of the way after dinner, around 9 or 10. Some leave for Midnight Mass, I continue to drink.

Never done a midnight mass but I've been to regular mass. I can't imagine doing that long of a mass at midnight. I know some people who have done it drunk.

I have been drunk at Midnight Mass twice. Once I kept texting during and got yelled at, the other I passed out (along with 3 or 4 other people in my group). Then I grew up and was all "lolz religion"

Edit: This was in a Catholic church, and I'm not Catholic..so I can't do communion. That didn't go over well with people as I sat there and made devil horns the entire time.
