    I've received one for the four emails I've sent. The one I received ignored all of the specifics and concerns of my messages and was clearly a form email they've sent out:

    MusicToday as a whole just isn't answering emails. I have issues with other orders for a different band... same thing. Crickets.

    Yeah, while I received my Toad the Wet Sprocket order (also AFTER Xmas), the only email I received was asking to confirm receipt. Guess how quickly I've responded.

    The lack of basic proactive customer service is pathetic.

    Did anyone/everyone else get this today? It's not attached to any emails, essentially a form email sent to anyone that ordered anything...

    I think most of the blame falls on USPS.

    But they forgot one of my items in the box. So Iím upset about that.

    You mean the USPS that was truly (as in objectively and totally) tampered w/ by the outgoing administration?

    With services and machines either cut or literally destroyed, they are still likely doing the best they can. MT and others depending on the USPS to be able to execute business as usual is the larger and incredibly myopic failing. Everything should have been done earlier. Ordering the holiday merch, then advertising it, setting far earlier order deadlines for Xmas, etc.

    That said, I'm glad (to an extent) that they supported the USPS and not those companies in which the current "postmaster general" is so heavily invested.

    Overall, while I'm still frustrated, I'm really not at all surprised by this whole situation.

    Not a big deal but my LT 14 cd was damaged. Yes it was free and yes I still listen to cds in my car sometimes lol. I've gotten similar messages from them. Hoping they can send a new one.

    Yeah, we're on the same page, I think we can't ignore how the USPS was fucked with.

    But I've been saying this out of the gate. I don't care that MT and the WH fall under the Red Light mgmt umbrella, the latter is not the cause of the former's failings. I'm pretty sure little if any of the blame lies w/ the WH team. I can't imagine they're the ones setting up manufacturing deals, designing new merch, ordering it, setting availability dates, promoting the new merch, processing orders, packing boxes, dealing w/ the various shippers, and more. So many steps involving so many people.

    The USPS had nothing to due with the Warehouse shipping me someone else’s box, not responding to multiple emails, and not issuing a refund.

    Just got my Dave & Tim Cancun shirt today. Got it delivered via Fedex. I got it on clearance at the Music Today store and for $13 including shipping, even with the delay I can't complain. It's a nice looking shirt. I think I ordered it around 12/10.

    I ordered calender and couple other things on 12/11. Still haven't received anything. I emailed music today 4 times with no answer . I emailed regular warehouse email, they got back to me within a day and told me to use the correct email next time for the store. So thats that.

    I ordered on Dec. 18 and I knew it would be after Dec. 31 (it said that on the shipping) but nothing has changed. It said FedEx for the shipping, so I'm not sure why that is delayed.

    Finally heard back today to be told the items I ordered, and likely shipped somewhere else, were no longer in stock and couldn’t be sent. After 2 additional emails I will get a refund in 3-5 days. No acknowledgement I had someone else’s box or anything, no apology for the extreme delay. Nothing.

    Such a pain in the ass.

    I'm a long time wh member, had the same issue. I politely/professionally emailed MT, didn't receive responses after a couple tries. Then I copied in every WH email I have on file, asked them to assist. They responded and got MT to respond. It was then Shipped. I know it's a pain in the ass, but being as polite as you can, but also be very direct with your concerns, usually accomplishes your goal of getting the info you need as quickly as possible.

After work I went to the post office and arrived around 6pm. Checked my P.O. Box and there was nothing. There was a postal worker filling their automated package pick-up machine. After some small discussion she looked through the packages she had. And there it was, the Cow Palace show. Even though I signed up for text alerts, the package was most likely never scanned. The label was created Dec. 8th, and I received the CD Jan 11th. Not mad about the time it took to get here. I'm happy I did get it though.
