A venue opened up in my home town shortly after I graduated high school. DMB played there five years in a row and I went to all of them. Then the venue shut down.
That's how I snagged Season Ticket Holder.
But really, even if it had stayed open for the last 15 years, I wouldn't have missed one there.

or instead of a percentage of total shows, how about going to all the shows over a certain period of time? like doing all shows at alpine over a 10 tour stretch, whether that stretch is from 2006-2016 (no shows 2011) or 2008-2019 (no shows 2011 and 2017), etc.


there can be some more song stubs added too. like, were you there when cornbread was played every single show for 2.5 years and heard it 10+ straight shows? also, hearing a song 25 times/50 times. hearing all the regular combos (nancies>warehouse, BEF>bartender, SM>ASTB>TM, monkey>satellite), seeing 10+ guests, seeing the band at a festival (not the caravans)

There are endless ideas, and ultimately we have to "draw the line" at some point when distinguishing a stub's requirements. Are some super hard? Yup! So far we're approaching 60 different stubs and will always be adding more. If you guys think it's fun to GET stubs, you should also know how much fun it is for me to BUILD them, with the coding and automating the database logic to extract the data and properly identify new badge holders (or, sadly, those that lose badges for various reasons!)

Matt, question about the liberation stubs. When they went live I had 4 (Jailbreak, Midas Touch, Multiples, Trinitarian) and then the jailbreak one was removed. Is that only for new liberations going forward or a bug?

Secondarily...the stubs are awarded overnight each day. So if you added a show/shows that will earn you a stub, you won't see it awarded until the following day. Just in case you're expecting it to be instant.

When is/are you noticing it removing itself? This is really weird. I see the logs of it happening as far as re-awarding the stub but as of yet I can't understand why.
