Even better, if it happens before storytelling is impacted.

I'd like to see Spiderman in a Tony Stark role. He's always been my favorite Marvel character since I was a kid so I hope they keep him around and keep doing the character justice.

That “Stark” role is almost definitely going to Reed Richards

I rewatched all of the MCU movies in October/November. While watching Wandavision, all I want to do is rewatch all the movies again. I think I have a problem

There are SOOOO many little things to pick up that you never thought twice about until revealed in recent movies.

-Guy who got bitched about by Obadia Zane in IM1 being a bad guy in Far From Home.
-Falcon saying "on your left" and Bucky saying "you're taking all the stupid with you" in Endgame as references to stuff Cap said in past movies.
-All the post-Avengers stuff with Hydra, like the elevator fight scene and Sitwell.
-Cap weilding Mjolnir and Thor saying "I knew it!" in reference to Cap making it move in Ultron.

And there are so many more I know I'm forgetting in earlier moves. It's such good writing.

Cap with Mjolnir in endgame was one of the best movie theater experiences I’ve ever had

I rank that as #2. I live in Queens, NYC, so when Spiderman was introduced in Civil War the theater fucking erupted. Same with "You have heart, kid, where you from?" "Queens" "Brooklyn".

So the news is TI (Dave, Dave) is out of Antman 3. People are unsure if its about the shit ton of allegations that just dropped on him, but the timing points to yes.

Loudest pop I've ever heard in a movie theater, only to be rivaled by "AVENGERS...assemble" a few minutes later.

Yep, preceded by Thor’s entrance to Wakanda in Infinity War and Hulk’s “I’m always angry” in the first Avengers.

I did opening day matinee for the first Avengers and even that was a great time. Did midnight/8 pm Thursday screenings for the rest. You just get all the people who are SUPER stoked to see it in the same room and it’s so much fun.

This is the best MCU moment in my opinion. Banner's, "You guys are so screwed now!" line just seals it for me.

Cap w/Mjolnir was the biggest pop in my theater for sure. "Avengers assemble" was more of a gradual build. Beginning with "On your left", everyone started cheering and clapping as everyone came through the portals. There was loud cheer when Cap finally said "Avengers assemble", but it wasn't the insane reaction to him with Mjolnir (at least in my theater).

They were damn near equal at my opening night screening. People seemed to just be sitting back and taking everything in as the portals opened, but I'd swear there was seismic activity when it culminated in Cap finally uttering his catchphrase (with dramatic pause inserted so he could catch Mjolnir again) and leading the charge against Thanos' army.

Fuck it. I'm watching that final battle sequence tonight.

It's such good writing.
everything you've mentioned here are not little things. i've only seen half of the MCU movies just once, some i even skipped, and these things were all memorable to call back to.

One of my favorite "Be in the theater opening night" moments is the opening Endgame scene when Hawkeye's family gets dusted. As the air got sucked out of the room, you could feel the dread from everyone because they knew what was coming.

It immediately put me back into the mindset I had at the end of Infinity War. The Avengers lost and these are the consequences.
