It's actually a fair question. If there are no Republican members of Congress present, they might actually reach an agreement because Trump has agreed to shit before and then had GOP members go "whoa, no" and he changes his mind.

Where do you draw the line? Why doesn't illegal immigration from Canada rile you up the same way illegal immigration from Mexico does?
