It's up, it's out UK!

It took a minor detour and went AWOL for a few days (you gotta understand, sometimes an EP just needs its space, OK?!) but we are pleased to say that the aforementioned EP featuring Mumford & Sons, Laura Marling and Dharohar Project is now online and awaiting your downloads via iTunes UK.

All 3 artists will be performing together this Friday as part of the iTunes Festival in London, but if you didn't manage to win tickets - Myspace have valiantly stepped in to half-fill the void.

They will be streaming the gig live online from 8pm UK time on Friday (if you just want to catch Mumford & Sons then their set is due to be streamed from 9.45pm).

All you need to do is remember go here, then: http://www.myspace.com/myspacelive

Love,

M&S HQ x

Again, I don't see why they are always compared. Besides the banjo, they're not really that similar IMO. That being said, I do like Avett Bros better, but not by a lot.

Other than the instruments, like you said, there really isn't many similarities.

Just dl'd sigh no more... great album.

They have a Yonder feel to them, but kinda feels more serious/dark... if that make's sense.

I can totally see them opening for DMB.

Stipe's voice is typically low and and he sorta mumbles. Nothing like this dude's.

I find they both have the same "Talking singing voice" if that makes any sense.

Tickets are insanely ridiculous now...they even had to move them to a bigger theatre in town just so that they had room for all the demand. I know they'll be an amazing show, but I really can't fork out the kind of money that's being asked after spending way over face for Sufjan Stevens tickets (totally worth it though).
