Being at the gorge absolutely makes the show more enjoyable than seeing it at a random shed like riverbend or star lake.

Again, no idea why you’re trying to conflate a stage set up with the setting of a venue.


Not sure why you can’t seem to understand we are separating the stage set up from the music. A better stage set up makes the atmosphere of the show better. Same with having a good crowd around you, like you were complaining about at SPAC. All these things factor into overall enjoyment.


If I see the exact same show at the gorge with cool lights vs nothing but a spotlight at Star lake, I’m going to say I enjoyed the show at the gorge more, for obvious reasons. Again, we are talking completely separate from the music.

i've never seen a show at msg, but what's the appeal? i've seen sold-out, playoff rangers games there and that felt no different than any other hockey arena. really dont want to see this band again anytime soon, but if they're playing down the street from me and the venue is that amazing, i'd try to find a ticket day of cheap lol

JPJ just isn’t a very nice venue for music.

MSG is the last major venue I need to see the band at, but it’s definitely not happening this fall.

I like jpj, its small and even the uppers aren't all that bad. Plus you can start tailgating at noon. Msg is cool too.
