Like any other state, parts of NJ are great, and other parts stink (sometimes literally- looking at you, Elizabeth).
The ocean towns are awesome. The boardwalk in Ocean City NJ is one of our family's favorite places. There are also parts of northern Jersey in the burbs that are absolutely gorgeous. NJ gets a bad wrap but it's mostly from people who don't know what they're talking about.

Harrisburg isn't bad. Good friend of mine lives there. They have this awesome gigantic book store. Could spend hours in there.

The first time I went to Philly I thought I was going to be in a smaller NYC...turned out to be a bigger Cleveland
Also - regarding Harrisburg - if you like it, you could literally enjoy living anywhere in this country. |

Unless a town/county is 100% ghetto or a trailer park I could probably find some redeemable qualities about anywhere in America. I probably do not share the same interests as others for cities ITT. I can have fun pretty much anywhere.
