Their connection is the main cause for why I listen to this band so much. Another song that I happen to be jamming to this week is Broken Things. Stefan and Carter are tight on that track as well. But what is so remarkable about Virginia in the Rain is how tight they are together given the softness and delicate feel of the song.

This track definitely exceeded my expectations on the album. Probably a top 25-30 studio cut for me, easily. One of the small subset of songs I prefer studio vs. live for sure.

Same here. VITR as well as Again & Again rank very high for me along studio cuts. Best studio songs from DMB in a very very long time. (IMO)

I think it’s up there with their epic tunes (generally six or more minutes long). We had a discussion about it in some other thread and a couple of us consider it to me among their best. Can you believe others weren’t having any of it!?!
