Where Do Seeds with Issues Get Reported?

I've read the FAQ, but I'm still not seeing any information as to where problematic seeds should be identified. I've downloaded a few older shows this evening, and two have issues:

1992-07-08: The show notes identify a single track as having pops in it. However, there are a numerous tracks that actually have pops. This is unfortunate. I actually STILL have old cassettes of this show that I received from a B&P back in the late 90's (before the days of "pops" Lol!). It's such a great show (one of my favorites), but I no longer have a cassette player. I checked this one out on dreamingtree.org, and it has the same issues (and same .md5 files). Maybe it's the best digital available, and I just need to find a cassette player. Lol!

1993-04-02: This show has 5 tracks that are bad. When verifying the flac files, they are identified as "possibly truncated or corrupt". When listening to them they are obviously truncated. I grabbed this one from dreamingtree.org, and it's good over there, so the issue is with the seed here at antsmarching.org.

Thanks in advance!
