Only Wednesday. After that it's band (and their list) only.

They had yurts. Not sure if those were available to the public?

I’ve heard about people renting an RV after flying into Seattle and then driving to the Gorge for the weekend. Anyone ever do this? Curious where to rent and if it’s worth it. Planning Gorge 2019. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!!

Tons of people do that. Check the FAQ. It should have some RV info.

We did that this year. The five of us flew in from Atlanta, Jacksonville and NY. We rented from Cruise America in Everett. A bit of a drive but not terrible. Definitely read the FAQ. We planned our entire trip based off the FAQ. It’s full of all the info you will need to plan a great trip.

    4th trip for me.

    Pretty typical for the days.

Nights felt a little more mild at the shows; I was cold as balls in '14. I didn't camp, so I'm not sure how the overnights were this year.

Night camping wasn't as cold as my other camping years ('10, '12, '14)...always hot as balls during the day

This was my 4th trip and the best weather yet.

The daytime was about the same each year, it was just a bit colder at night in other years.

In some years a lot colder/bigger temperature swings between day and night.

Soooo, just how long does the Post-Gorge depression last? Until next Labor Dave Weekend? Perhaps when the next Gorge shows are announced and the prep and planning begin again?

98% it's 8/30-9/1; book your refundable flights, hotels and cars (if you can even book that far out yet). We should know one way or the other by JAN

As Peter mentioned, since we pretty much know they're touring next summer, it's pretty much a lock for Labor Day weekend at Gorge.

But if that's not enough for ya, we'll have some hard rumors before tour dates. Just keep an eye on Chad's rumors thread.

Cool. The flights were the reason for asking, at this point I could about get them for half of what I paid last year. Didn’t seem to be refundable though, so I was looking for a bit of reassurance. Looking forward to returning

I've been trying to plan a trip from the UK for this year's Gorge concerts, doesn't look like it's going to work this time around.

How likely do we think they'll play again in 2020?

    The Gorge Q&A and FAQs

Hey guys, pretty much confirmed we’re making the trip this year. Working out the logistics now.

Those who have done it a multiple times in a multitude of fashions what’s your favorite/best for a first timer? Camping? Oasis? Hotel? Little late for a hotel I’m guessing due to price spikes when the tour is announced. Gonna be flying in from Boston cause my girlfriend almost instantly rejected the cross-country road trip idea (my ideal Gorge first time experience, but hey she said she pay for flight.)

Kinda wanna do it right and rent an RV; anyone ever went this route? Best city to fly into with a decent choice of RV rental spots? Seattle?

    Appreciate the help.

Re: The Gorge Q&A and FAQs

what's the process for buying camping? I'm hoping to camp this year but after being declined for premier I want to take my chances with ticketmaster. I'm wondering what I do in the ticketmaster app to buy the tickets. I know they're not on sale to the public yet but I thought I'd try to plan out what to do so I'm not caught by surprise as soon as theyre available. I looked at the list of gorge events and found the dmb shows, but i can't find an option for buying camping. The only place I see it is as an add on with the 3 day lawn pass. Is there a separate event for camping? Can I buy it with second or third night show tickets? I pulled pit for first night through WH but declined for the others, so I still need to buy those.

Sorry if this question has come up but I couldn't find it, and I figured the process might be different for 2019. I didn't see anything in the other thread.

While I'm here, anyone have an estimate about availability of gold and premier through Ticketmaster?

Thanks in advance for any info you can share!

We’re renting an RV and I was curious if anyone had info on getting an Uber from the venue and back so we might do some hiking, wine tasting at caveb, see the river, or something like that during the day. Seems like coming and going in the RV might be a pain. Wondered if anyone ever got an Uber at all and how it went, cost, etc. thanks everyone!!

Your best bet would be to find someone who is camping who also wants to do day trips out and join up with them. Ants is a good place to meet people, also try the various Gorge groups on Facebook!

Though, to be honest.... Camp time is precious, and camp roots run deep. I have never left camp, except to go to other camps! I know lots of people love to get out and do things, but there are also a lot of us who love to stay in the campgrounds and just.... be there, enjoying the magic.

I’m not sure if this is the right forum, but:

Wife’s sister getting married, cancelling Gorge.

Have and need to sell at face: totals shown
Gold Lot ($380) - have in hand
    N1: 2x 202, row 6 (Warehouse) ($230) - will Mail when I get
    N2: 2x lawn ($100) - will Mail when I get

Reservation for 30’ Camper on AirBnB. It’s really nice and the guy will deliver it to the camp ground on Thurs. it was about $650 for the whole weekend including all fees. I’m gonna cancel but want to help the guy out and give someone the opportunity to take it.

    Please PM me.

No, this is not the correct thread for this. You can make a thread in the Ticket Exchange i fyou need to sell your Gorge package:
