Sorry, new to how DMB works with tix plus a release with purchase. Last show was Mile High Festival where I bought tix off a scalper.

I got a pair for their Washington show (not the Gorge)...when and how do I get the redeemable code? Thanks!

This website will tell you what you'll need to know about redeeming a code from a ticket:

I hope so. I'm a newer fan and just to have the second out of 3 shows I've ever been to released good quality within a year is an experience I'm REALLY looking forward to. This band helped me through a suicide attempt and I can't explain how much the music has helped my soul in the past year. July I'll see them in Bristow exactly one year to the day I saw them in VA beach for the first time ever. To say I'm excited and anxiously awaiting this is far from an understatement!!

You're both already on the list.

Now's a good a time as any to figure out how this group can most effectively share/receive the codes.

Once we know the download site (http://redeem.davematthewsband.com/) has gone live I plan to PM everyone who has volunteered codes to remind them about it, and give them a portion of our list of names according to how many codes they said they'd have available. For example ExistenceNow has 4 codes, so I could send him names #1-4 on the requester list. I could send the next 5 names (#5-9) to mposey34 (who has 5 codes available), and so on. Then, the code volunteers would send the codes via PM to the people on their list.

Keep in mind, most folks who have codes to spare will only share them after their show(s) is/are over. So #1 on the request list might get their code after #24 on the list...but I guess that's life. We've waited this long already for it, right? I'll post the full list of senders<->requesters in here as well, once I match them all up...so if you're a requester and haven't heard from your "dealer" yet you can PM to get sum (or they can reply and tell you that you'll need to wait until later in the summer after their show's done).

BTW I'm open to other suggestions of how to do this distribution.

Good call. My two cents: Instead of having those with extra codes contact those wanting codes, have them message you directly, post-show, to give you the codes as they become available. That way you work your way down the want list, distributing active codes so Ants can download immediately, and in order of request.
That way, those willing to share won't wait till after all their shows before passing out their codes, they won't have to commit to sharing with an individual (who will probably message them every day asking for their code, when it will be active, etc.) and they'll also have anonymity in sharing codes since their info won't be attached to it. And that might convince other folks who didn't want to mess with PM/DM issues to share their codes.
