I agree, this shouldn't be left up to the states or the individuals.
If you want to have a get together with friends there's nothing stopping you, and there isn't anything the state can implement that would. But I'd still caution against it.

I'm just saying that until something is passed to force "non-essential" businesses to close, people that aren't in hot bed areas are going to continue to take calculated risks to do certain things.
It's easy to look at something like a car servicing and be like, "that's less interaction than a grocery store" and still do it.
And I need to see, so an eye appointment seems necessary.
The president should have honestly said, yesterday, that it's a 15-day shelter in place situation. There is too much ambiguity otherwise.
