ngl, I rejoined the day of the tour announcement to score a GA PIT pair to the two shows my wife and I wanted to hit up

I could have probably had the same end result if I was extremely diligent the next couple months in checking on here, but the $35 was worth it no not have to refresh these boards constantly.

A little complaint to BBB and everything is all good. Glad they are changing the policy.

We reviewed communication with the member. He was informed of the policy and that his tickets would still ship to him before the concert. At the time, he seemed satisfied with our response.



However, upon further review, we have decided that the policy to allow only one membership per household is outdated. We now have a multi-generational fan base and we want everyone to feel welcome.



We are reinstating Chris’ membership and his wife will also be allowed to keep her membership.



Thank you for your time and bringing our attention to this outdated policy.

I was a first day member back in 1998 and got amazing tickets and other perks, in 2007 I missed the renewal window by a few days because I had undergone surgery and had no access to a computer or phone to renew. They took my account and I saw no reason to make a new one because I would get no perks and especially not the seats I was accustomed to. Luckily by then I had made friends with a lot of first day members so they would order my tix - or if it was something big like Central Park or Red Rocks I would just to through TM and have someone stub me down.

Either way, glad they're changing the policy and reinstating your membership.

I've had to file complaints with the BBB a couple times dealing with companies with very poor customer service. They moved the needle. Bless em.
