Everyday is a great example of a song that I am 100% fine seeing if I haven't seen the band in a while, but get sick of quickly if it's multiple times in a tour. But feels very good to be singing along with everyone again.

I'd say that's a pretty fair assessment.

My thing with it is I'd rather something else off that album and if it pops up, I'm certain that might be the only thing from it that night.

American Baby is probably THE most underrated DMB song. It was a popular song that has great lyrics that people are connecting with 15 years later, solid music, my favorite LeRoi solo to end a song, and never gets talked about.

And they shouldn't put it anywhere. Its one of their radio hits and the crowd comes to life and it turns into a big sing-along when it plays. Why would they shelve it?

I wish more people on this website thought like you. We are part of the 1 percent of fans that watch the setlists every night. DMB is not planning their multi million dollar summer tour around us. This year, they are doing EVERYTHING right IMO. I've seen multiple hardcore fans, who said they wrote the band off, posting that the show they saw this summer has been the best they've seen in years. I am so excited for next weekend.

Don't disagree at all. It's one of the reasons why tonight's set is so great. There's something for us diehards (I'll Back You Up, You Never Know, Say Goodbye, etc.) while still containing plenty of radio hits for the casual fans.

Definitely. I also think venue year to year is more important nowadays than current tour show to show. Just do your best to put on a show different than the previous year.

I've only been to Deer Creek so far (got Riverbend, Columbus & Grand Rapids left), but this tour has been rather solid. And the lesser nights have really been the exception. And some are only lesser sets in comparison to other shows on the tour. They are actually pretty fine.

I took a ten year DaveCation after that shit came out. No lie - just started going back to shows in 2016, and I started in ‘97. God, what an awful song…..

Lots of people praising this tour and for the most part I agree but man these encor
es have been terrible. It just seems none of the sets ever get fully rounded out. Some devil>two step would've sent tonight's set to the moon. Why I am and DDTW should not be encore closer songs.

Why I Am is another one of those songs that keeps a good run good and keeps a bad run bad.
