Absolutely buy the Revolver/Rubber Soul mono release. They're cut all analog, and are about as close as you'll get to a mint condition UK 1st pressing without paying hundreds. I wouldn't sleep on them too long - others in the 2014 mono series have gone out of press and their prices are skyrocketing on the secondary market.
The 2017 Stereo peppers is okay, but it's a new mix and some people aren't big fans of it. Sound quality on it is good, the bigger sticking point for some is the mix.

Check for obvious scratches/scuffs. Check Discogs to ensure pricing is right. If the record shop has a turntable to play used records on, I'd recommend play-testing anything over $20. A record can look mint, but sound like it was rubbed with sandpaper. You definitely don't want to shell out a bunch of money on a used record to come home and find out it sounds horrible despite looking clean.
