Rasmussen has been the single highest pollster on Trump approval from the get go. Either they're right and every other poll is wrong, or they're the outlier. I wouldn't bet on the former, especially given special election results to date after Trump putting full force behind a candidate and them losing deeply red states. I'd have to think the evidence to date suggests he and his political party are in the red in approval.
