I’d check out the Dripfield album first. That was my real jumping off point. I think if you’d like to get into the live stuff - check out Red Rocks 2022 on YouTube. The video and audio quality is better than most concert DVD’s out there. Peach Fest 2019 is also a big deal for the community, but they’re way better now than they were then. Goose puts a ton of professionally recorded stuff on YouTube for free. It’s done wonders for their marketing

Bandcamp is the best place to listen for free. Nugs is the best place once you really get going. Here are my top 50 songs, best versions, broken unto 7 sets + an encore. If you go down this list, you will become a Goose fan. Fact.

Actually… just go back and watch tonight’s Georgia Theater show when it gets uploaded. You can tell they’re trying to win over the college crowd. Awesome set of all the hits

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but do y’all think there is any chance of Jeff sitting in at any point during the Ryman run? Would just be cool to see him in a true improvisational environment versus what he does in DMB. Would just be a cool worlds colliding moment if that could happen.

Definitely not, there hasnt been any connections to goose and the DMB world to this point.

Highest chance of a sit in probably Billy Strings since he isnt on tour and lives in Nashville.

Billy would be miles better anyway IMO. Just thought I’d ask. I can’t remember the last time I was this excited for a run of shows.

If that TAB sit in is any indication I don’t think Billy has much interest in Goose, but who knows.

I'd always generally prefer a guest who plays an instrument other than guitar at a Goose show but I don't see Jeff happening

That'd be great, mix up some of the 25 minute guitar solo spots, I'm also just a fan of bands with a lot of instrumentation and versatility.

Maybe not, I certainly would not bank on him being a guest. Plenty of musicians live or spend extended time in Nashville, so may get a guest we arent thinking of.

Although I dont really know what your post is supposed to mean. The fact that he showed up would suggest he is more interested than not. Unless you're being one of those weirdos reading into who he hugged on stage after he played.

Ryman tickets seem to be popping up, and available at or around face. Shouldnt be hard to get in.

I was shocked at the amount of tickets for around $65 on cash or trade hours before the Cleveland show
