Yea I'm still in need for N2 and have N1's to trade. I need them for leverage for the time being but if all else fails/changes i'll keep an eye on who needs what in here.

Have an opportunity to make the shows after someone’s friend backed out. I’m currently training for the Chicago marathon, need to get in a 10 mile run, any food forest preserves, running trails close to Spac that I may be able to cover that distance?

Best long trail close by is Zim Smith trail.

In addition, there are really good easy trails for running in the State Park which for me is a must do when visiting SPAC if you are a runner.

We have tix, but my wife's starting to waffle...I still wanna go because we've only got two shows left after that for the year (barring a fall DMB tour).

I haven't really ever posted before, but wanted to echo that the trail in the state park is lovely and i will be planning to cover 10 miles Saturday morning as part of my training as well.

What pace you running and what time you plan on getting out there? What race are you training for?

Is this 5 mile trail all paved? Does it open early In morning?

Down at the Pier? If so, still one of the worst shots I’ve ever consumed.

Virtually none of it is paved.
It is always “open” subject to State Park hours.

I’m super excited to hit Camden! It’s my new home venue. SPAC and Camden are both firsts for me and I’m really pumped for the shows.

Terrain varies. It’s never been of concern to me. Just be careful and slow down when necessary. It’s full of really interesting sites and IMHO a must for any runner.
If you want to run on a flat manicured path do the Zim Smith trail but you will need a car to get there from Saratoga Springs though not very far away.
