What exactly would you like the band to do? Let you know about all their contingency plans, all but one of which won't actually happen? There's literally no reason for them to give an update, even a "we're waiting to see what happens" update. They haven't even put the June Camden shows on sale yet, so everyone knows we're in a "wait and see" mode, so maybe....just....wait and see?

I mean, I, like many others, have over a thousand dollars tied up at TM for tickets I bought in April of 2020. It’s a year later, and I haven’t received any goods for that money. If they postpone/reschedule again, at what point does TM owe some responsibility of returning funds? I mean, they’re literally collecting interest on our cash.
I’m not THAT upset about it, but it’s seems pretty illegal. I do know some states have forced TM to give money back for rescheduled events, but our state AG hasn’t bothered that I know of.

Ticketmaster gave options for all postponed shows to get a refund or hold onto your tickets. If you held onto your tickets, you gave up your right to get money back from Ticketmaster if those shows happen as rescheduled. You haven't received your "goods" because we're in the middle of a pandemic. Let's be reasonable and pragmatic.
If things are postponed/rescheduled again, you'll have that same option to refund or hold onto them. What exactly would you be suing TM for when they give/gave you the option to get your money back?
