Several months at least? Most of the bigger titles are on there for a pretty long time. The studios Microsoft owns are permanent I assume plus the EA Play games.

From my experience if you miss a game on game pass it was your fault.

Gotcha. I signed up when my series x came in and had an offer for $1 first month so figured why not. As I poke around it and start grabbing games I feel like I’ve been living under a giant rock

Was pumped when I heard earlier the show was finally coming to Xbox. I’ve always been an Xbox guy so haven’t owned a baseball game since I think 2K8 or something? The fact that it’s included with game pass is just awesome. Already have it preloaded

I don't know why people are surprised. Sony wants the game in the hands of as many new users as possible for all those micro tran$actions. Best way to do that is to offer up a free taste.

Also, most long time Show users get the digital deluxe version anyway because it comes with a couple extra packs, more stubs, and you get the game four days early.

Ironically I'm probably skipping the show for the first time since '15. The changes I am excited about are all next gen and require a new console. I don't like that they are tying Road To The Show to Diamond Dynasty and the new legends are ok but nothing that excites me.

All I wanted was a PS5 by next Wed 4/21, as I am off for 3 days.

So far, every possible drop has turned into a bust that didn't happen. Sounds like inventory is getting slimmer and slimmer, and these chip problems are getting worse and worse. 6 months out since launch, and it's not getting better, it's getting worse.

So I either keep waiting, and miss out. Or i spend over $1000 being a horrible person supporting a horrible scalper on eBay, and I'd have to do that now to make sure I'd have it by next Wed.

Sigh. Not sure how much my soul is worth. Frustrating.

Do not buy from a scalper.....you will be off for 3 days again in the future. Take that $500 extra and drop it on a stock that will go to the moon.

If you're thinking about dropping a grand on a console you're better off just putting that towards building a gaming PC.

Started Fallen Jedi last night. Really being back in the SW universe. The controller layout is messing with me for some reason. Gonna take some getting used to but enjoying it so far.

Fallen Order is a great game imo...can be frustrating but a lot of fun. Just wish there was more diversity in the storm troopers/opponents, and it'd be great to do some flying or something different along the way

Loved it....tried Squadrons and I swear it was running like shit on my Series X. Nothing was working on story mode so I just gave up.

Woo hoo! Scored a PS5 three-game bundle for $740!

Came with 2 controllers, Miles Morales, Hitman 3, and Avengers. I've heard Avengers pretty much sucks. But Spiderman should be great, and not sure on Hitman. The last one I played a couple years ago I lost patience and got bored. The level design is great, but to go through a whole setup and then fuck it up getting discovered I didn't have the patience for.

But I also have the PS4 versions of AC: Valhalla and Cyberpunk 2077 that say are eligible for free upgrades on the PS5. I'm keeping CP:2077 on the "maybe in a year list" but I can't wait to play Valhalla. I will probably do that one first before Spider-man.

PS5 should be delivered by Monday (only $6 for rush shipping, awesome). Pretty happy!

I checked the Gamestop trade-in prices since that's where I got the bundle. Avengers is listed at $60 in their store, versus $13 of credit. And Hitman is listed as $60 in store vs $17 of credit.

Avengers I was hoping to trash away for at least $20. But that's Gamestop for you.

Some people have been able to bring the shit back in the bundles and get full value for them....very store and luck dependent it seems though.

I sometimes think its done on purpose but then again they lose money on the consoles and need to push accessories and games to make a profit. Can't sell accessories if people don't have consoles.

But yeah, I can see maybe cutting back the labor cost of manufacturing to slow production while also creating greater demand. Who knows at this point. I've always joked Nintendo has been doing this with their hardware for years.

Who the hell are these rando evil people? Wait why is Mickey walking thru some land of the dead? Why all these other side characters with random backstories, can't we just stick with a cast of Disney + FF, and then a couple main characters that get swept up? The villains? Wtf? Convoluted. And major grr at the lack of FF.

So throw the story out. I just got bored. Didn't find the space stuff fun, and I made it to the third world I think and just idk. I am not artistic so designing my own Gummi Ship did nothing for me... Too much to take on in my 30s for a game

Kingdom Hearts 3 was a bit of a let down for me....and that is coming from a HUGE KH fan.

I also agree that the story got so convoluted and crazy over the years.

Been playing a lot of Halo 5 and it's really a fun game, especially multiplayer. The maps are fun, although I don't like that none of them have vehicles, except for Warzone. I can't believe how old that game is but it's new to me. Any Halo fans among us. I'm looking forward to the new one coming out soon.

My friend/old roommate was really into KH when it came out. I’d watch but I could never get into it.

It’s been fun after I eat an edible and don’t want a more “stressful” game. The controls feel real lunky and I pretty much skip all cut scenes But as someone who has never played there’s a few “whoaaa that’s cool” moments.

Love Halo. Can’t say how many hours went into Halo in my college years. I really enjoyed 5 as well. Glad you’re loving it. Timeless classic.

Anybody playing Outriders? I’ve heard it has some similarities to Destiny, which I’ve invested countless hours into over the last 6 years or so. Looking to jump into something new so just looking for some opinions on gameplay and feel.

Same. Reviews seem good, but I got to finish Cyberpunk first. Also very pumped with The Show dropping day one on Gamepass. Can't believe Xbox hasn't had a proper baseball game in over a decade (or so it feels like)
