The logistics of shifting June and July to indoor Fall / Winter shows seems like a logistical nightmare. Someone in the touring industry would know better, but I would assume it would make more sense to just cancel the entire summer tour and have a fresh Fall tour(I would be totally down for this, by the way).
Also, as I write this, realizing this is the 22nd anniversary of my first show. I guess 22 years ago today I was sitting in my seats in the 200 level of the First Union Center waiting for the show to start (I got inside before 7PM not knowing any better).

Once concerts come back, management better be quick for booking any new dates. People have been out of work in the touring/entertainment industry. Dates are going to become a premium at venues. You also have the nba/nhl to compete with for arenas.
2020 was shaping up to be one of the most active touring seasons I could remember. There were a lot of huge tours.
Everyone has been sitting, the first couple years back, once it’s deemed safe, should be a music lovers dream.
