I'm more referring to the whole event as I don't think it was earned and felt forced just to make it work as an ending. The show had so many more issues than just that, however. I used fried clams more to keep it less spolier-ish.

Was trying to find a new show and decided to give "Unforgotten" a try. English Crime drama similar to Broadchurch but it's better. Very impressed after 4 episodes. 6 episodes in S1 and a total of 3 seasons so far that apparently get even better. Highly recommend for folks that enjoyed Broadchurch or similar murder/mystery type shows.

Undoing was fine. Finale was ok, even though I said "good" yesterday. Felt the courtroom scenes were really strange and disconnected, and I maintain all the courtroom scenes in this show have been terrible. However, I enjoy an uber-rich fantasyland, I love Kidman so much, and I'm really enjoying this version of Hugh Grant
Dude still does the sheepish grin eye flicker way too goddamn much.

I'm liking the crown but also find myself bored a lot. I do enjoy Googling pretty much every storyline though, esp the Nazi sympathizer one

it’s good because it comes from such a unique perspective - the filmmaker is the son of the woman who was killed and its absolutely fascinating watching him peel back the layers of his very fucked up family. reminds me a bit of “stories we tell” in that way. and he was only 18 when he started it. just very impressive stuff.

Murder on Middle Beach is based out of the town right next to mine. Even my town is shown/referenced a few times so far. I started episode 1 without knowing this, so was pretty stunned hah. I recall the gifting table news back in college.

Been watching Man Seeking Woman lately. Show is absolutely ridiculous and I love every episode of it. Absurd to the max, but really nails the single-in-your-20s mood.

I’ve never had this happen before but on Comcast Xfinity using the HBO max app, when I went to play episode 1 of murder on middle beach it plays episode 1 of murder at White House farm.

Craziest thing. Episode 2 works and is obviously the right show but I just watched E1 of White House farm confused the whole time.

Works fine on my iPad but xfinity has some serious wires crossed.

Flight Attendant is ok so far. Nothing groundbreaking. Dont generally like flashbacks as a plot mechanism but whatever, it's not a deep show

Cause you missed my post on the last page!

I dunno if I didn't finish the last season or just forgot what happened, but the recap wasn't super familiar for me, and I even went and rewatched the last episode and it felt new. But I'm about 3 into the new season and it's just as funny and ridiculous as ever. Love some of the new voices.
