He is just an older QB that doesn’t want to hold on to the ball for that extra heartbeat to make a play.

Brady had the most 20+ yard completions and yards in the league before his O-line got hurt. The system was working when he had time to throw. Weird how I wasn't hearing people say he needed to retire then.

But it's obvious, now that he's getting pressured too much and/or he's too rattled, that that system is working anymore.

It's on the coaching staff to adjust. No QB is going to be successful with someone pressuring/hitting you almost 50% of your dropbacks. It's moronic to pin this mostly on Brady because "he wanted to QB this type of offense".

I don’t think he needs to retire or even washed up. He is a mid tier QB that is 43 years old, TB is a bad spot for him.


But he did want to prove he can still throw it deep, that’s undisputed and why he picked Tampa Bay.

Extra rest isnt bad but clearly helps baltimore way more after they just got the shit beat out of them by the titans, especially on defense.

I dont think its a bad decision, im just far more bothered by why this decision wasnt made yesterday when additional positives came back but did it today without any new?

For sure, its such a close window where positives might not show up but they could spread it to the steelers, so waiting 3 more days makes things much less risky.

Like I said I just dont get why they didnt decide this yesterday.
