Yeah, same here. That was surprising to me. I'm very pleased. I planned to grab a pair with the second one for someone TBD, but I've been to enough of these alone that I have no qualms. I'll see many of you before the show, and that's good enough for me.

If you search just for parking nothing comes up. But if you buy tickets it offers to sell you tour t-shirts, a license plate frame and free parking zones. So maybe you can add it with a ticket purchase but have to wait to "buy" them as standalone? No idea. Never been to this venue before.

This is my confusion, I chose A when I was checking out and when I looked at my online receipt it says Zones A + B, so I'm guessing that it could be worked out to do a huge tailgate still if everyone would select one of the two.

I don't know what the lots look like but I'm sure we can meet, transfer coolers to whoever would end up being the closest and then park and walk over.

Yeah and it's all the way down at the bottom so super-easy to miss if you just think you're ignoring all the stuff they're trying to sell you as an add-on.

This is not a terrible idea. If you get enough people committed to it, you could hold down a good sized spot and have easy access to the bar there too.

ugh, i really dislike the lawn at merriweather. i havent experienced the skylawn though. i feel like wed have to go in immediately to secure it which means the tailgating would be non existent.

This skylawn thing is a gamechanger potentially for those who are trying to be cheap but not be in the mass...although lawn at MPP is not as bad is it is most other venues

So MPP became one of the most desired tickets of the tour. They just released more lawns at reg prices, but they were sold out moments ago. They also just released a bunch more platinum pairs...at the end of aisles.

Anyone looking to move a pair if they upgraded, we're willing to buy now.

Not gonna lie, I'm really glad I grabbed that single now. If I can find a pair later, great. But if not, at least I know I'm set for myself in a great seat.

Would be nice but I'm thinking that there may be a lot of first timers. They may not realize the skylawn is general admission with the regular lawn. It may not fill up as quickly as the main lawn rail. Or I don't know, maybe it will.

Agreed! If you take away a NOVA show and a traditionally 2 night stand in NJ and funnel everyone to one smaller venue, it needs to be a 2 night stand.

I would not count on people not knowing. My guess is that the Skylawn is going to fill up almost immediately. At least, I'd assume that. I wouldn't count on it being even a little empty close to showtime.

Declined by WH and denied by TM...pre-sale and public sale...

During the first half hour of the citi pre-sale somene was selling a section 200 ticket for $2,000 (resale not platinum). And it wasn't first row or aisle. It was near the back third of the section. I'm assuming no one bought that and that they reduced the price.

If you don't have tickets, just be patient. Hopefully there will be drops. People's plans will change and there will be sales on the boards. And the platinum tickets will be slowly reduced in price as the show nears. They're basically a Dutch auction, and if no one buys them, eventually they'll hit face.
