i can’t tell if you’re serious? i’m going to assume you are, so i’d say;
religion being more important to whom is the important part of this position.
if an adult of sound mind is more invested in their chosen religion than they are in their homosexuality, and thus choose to live a life of celibacy as to not engage in sinful acts, i’m all for it.
it’s when you get into adults imposing their religion and their beliefs regarding a child’s homosexuality and forcing that/acting in punishing or abusive (emotional or otherwise) ways that it’s an absolute no go for me.
