You're asking a few different things here but I'll boil it down to user rarity in regards to times seen per song.

Most rare for me: Falling Off The Roof
Overall Rarity: 0.09%
User Rarity: 1.64%

Least Rare for me: Grey Street
Overall Rarity: 42%
User Rarity: 57%

Bonus Points:
Halloween - Seen 6 times. All at Alpine.
Overall Rarity: 7.8%
User Rarity: 9%
