Yep, it was definitely taped, but the tape isn't out yet. You know Kim will post a link to her folder in this thread when it's out!

Ron Powell taped DC, and also taped Charlottesville. Ron was generous enough to bring his stand, so I didn't have to fly from Indy with mine.
I'm sure he got an excellent tape given the location he described, plus a Neumann KM184s tape to boot if I remember correctly! Good stuff!
It took some rallying, but we got every Winter Tour show taped in the end, and we no doubt have a new taper in Zachary to help next summer.
