Nice! I dont give too much play to MGM, and really stick to Caesars (normally only make platinum, but will be diamond for 2020).

Yeah, i'm not too sure on slot rating at Cosmo. With being top tier at Cosmo you get a decent multiplier on points so that helps earning too.
