The lawn at DTE is awesome. In fact, the whole venue is great. And that's just not me being a homer. Its entire capacity is a little more than 15k--compare that to the 18k that can fit on Deer Creek's lawn.
Smaller setting, great view from anywhere, great sound, great tailgating. You'll enjoy.
