Their safety is as much their responsibility as everyone else's. Why can't they look twice for cars since cars are much easier to see? And when they are in groups they act like they own the road. I was at red light once in the left turn lane when there were about 20 or so bikers in the opposite left turn lane. As we had the green arrow, 4 or 5 of them pulled into the intersection to block the rest of intersection so they made sure that they all got through and didn't get split up. They act like the driving laws don't apply to them.
