from the fine print:
"Once your initial down payment is received the price of your purchase will not change. If you participate in a payment plan, you understand and agree that the payment plan is subject to the terms of the Truth in Lending Act and
although you will not be charged any interest, you will be charged a fee as stated during the purchase process. You hereby further acknowledge that you have been provided with all necessary information relating to your purchase and your participation in the payment plan, and that we have your express authorization to process payment of the balance and the payment plan."
