Very surprising that they didn't adjust prices to at least fill some more seats. Perhaps they felt they'd have to drop the upper level by 60%, and that would be embarrassing. Although an empty arena will as well. It wouldn't surprise me if Dave jokes about the turnout during the show.

It's never too late to cancel and just cite logistical reasons. Panic at the disco did it a few weeks ago a day or two before their eastern Canada shows (ticket sales were abysmal so that was likely the reason).
