It's like any dmb concert weekend. It can be as cheap or as expensive as you want based on accommodations/food/booze. I have friends staying 20-30 mins from the casino in a cheap hotel that want to do things as cheap as possible. Im splitting a casino room with three buddies and it's not terrible.
Pit tickets were pretty easy to come by for warehouse members so no reason anyone should be spending the $350/ticket price.
I guess if you assume the higher ticket price and assume your only option is staying onsite at the casino without splitting a room it can add up. But sitting pit and staying offsite I don't see any price difference vs when I lived in Chicago and drove down to Indianapolis for a creek weekend.
