Can't really think of any US cities I've been in that I would dread going back to, but I've heard nothing but bad stuff about Detroit. Not many cities in Mexico/outside of the US I would visit either.

Baltimore wasn't too great the more I think about it. Probably don't have much desire to go back there again.
