Maybe, but I was told about the Fall tour and how it ended at Cville and not the 22nd like others mentioned, then about the Europe tour in March, and an earlier start to the Summer.
So 2 for 2 right now
For the record I was told "earlier start". I was the one who just assumed that meant APRIL instead of May but possible I guess if they started the Summer May 1st that would technically qualify as starting earlier.
