Very much hesitant to write this but the world can always use more positivity and support for others so why not- Sandra O., if you are tied in with the family who suffered a terrible loss that evening, I still send condolences, thoughts, and prayers.
I remember that taking place in a St. Louis show and sure enough it's the same one your asking about. Great research from the person above and I hope this helps in someway.
